Receiving XIM Technical Support
All support for XIM products is conducted through our Support Forum which is staffed with experts world-wide ready to help you get your XIM up and running quickly if you run into issues.
- Step 1: Click here to Register on our forum (if you haven’t done so already)
Verification: Please answer the verification questions as they are effective at eliminating spam on our forum. You’ll continue to be asked a verification question for the first few initial posts you make on our forum.
Activation Mail: You will receive an activation mail to complete your registration. Please note that our activation mail to Microsoft e-mail domains (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, etc.) may be blocked. If you are using a Microsoft e-mail address and you don’t receive an activation mail, please let us know by opening a request here and we will activate you manually.
- Step 2: Click here to open your Support Request
If you’d like an e-mail notification when we reply to your question, click on “Attachments and other options” and select “Notify me of replies”.
- Step 3: Describe the issue you are experiencing
Please let us know if you have updated your XIM’s firmware. What console you are running on, what peripherals you have plugged into your XIM, what your XIM’s lights are doing, and how your experience differs to what you see in the instructional videos.
